2nd time at this agency. They recognized me and picked up details from my previous rental, so the processing was MUCH faster 2nd time around. Courteous, friendly and great cars. Everything worked, it was clean, and returning was hassle-free - no trying to change the rates to gouge extra out of us like some of the other agencies we've used.
Took 30 minutes to process the rental. And another 20 minutes to return it. But the car itself was great. New. Clean. Everything worked.

I did not complete my rental with payless. it was a complete 'bait and switch'. The car I booked was supposed to be unlimited mileage. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that unlimited mileage applied only to customers who were 'flying in' versus local customers, which makes zero sense and was utterly misleading. I will never rent from this service/site again
Good however I was not picked up on time. I did not continue onwards because they inform me they had no return service to the airport on holidays and that it would be an extra $30. I cancelled and went with another rental car agency.
Make sure that you have your own liability insurance unless you want to pay an extra fee.
Great cars, brand new.

They are a little weird on the credit card deposit issue but otherwise nice.
