My compliments on making and succeeding in your business effort, good job! A couple of things bothered me, 1) did not realize you were off site, I simply choose on price and was handed a routine I would not have signed up for,- the need to bring a five page print out voucher which was never looked at, the amount of detail needed to be read in order to find out you were offsite, your note about going to the info. Center to call the shuttle was not exactly right, going down the escalator your.....

The office was not in the AirPort but easy to access, they picked me with the shuttle AND dropped me to the terminal

This was by far the worst rental company and people i have ever dealt with. was quoted a different price and paid way beyond that. horrible people working for you. no communication skills what so ever. worst company to deal with. i will be taking to social media to inform everyone what i had to deal with. this is not going to go away that easy!!!!!
The staff was courteous and helpful, overall a positive experience. Only negatives were that the car I ended up with reeked of stale cigarette smoke and upon return to the rental agency at the end of my trip, they seemed a bit shorthanded; several customers, including myself had to wait several minutes for the shuttle driver to return and pick us up for our drive to the airport.
I found that the service from a chap I think his name was Arun was helpful and knowledgeable.

Need to put all the rules for the rental up front before you rent not send trailing emails after the rental has been booked.
