The car and rate I received were great. The only thing negative is I had to wait about half an hour for the guy to bring the car. We had been traveling all day and there was no where to even sit down in the office to wait for the car. I had booked the rental for 1pm and we didn't get to Midway until about 2pm, so I see no reason why the car wasn't already waiting for us. We didn't end up leaving Midway until about 3pm. However, I would most likely rent from them again as it was a good rate

The rental process was fine. However ,during the rental period an Mini Cooper struck the rear of my car which took two turns on the runway. No injuries.
The policeman helped to call the car towage company recommended by Midway.
All information, photos and notifications from the police were provide to the rental car agency.
The other driver has insurance. He was responsible for the accident and all damage.
According the rental agency their juridical depto will take care of it.

Price and quality of the vehicle is well suited for my rental needs which are less than 24 hours.
I travel a lot & rent many cars so I am well versed in the process. I will never rent from Midway again nor will any of my traveling friends & relatives. Midway wrongly accused me of dropping off the car with chips on the windshield. This was after I'd dropped it off & was notified by email. Long story short,many emails back & forth & request to see the damage (which i was never allowed to do), my ins co just paid them. I was treated poorly & falsely accused, feeling like I was scammed.
To extend a rental agreement is inconvenient, however the quality for the value is very good.
