Excellent rental experience
Best rental, inexpensive and easiest I’ve ever had in Los Angeles. I decided to stay at the H hotel right where drop off is making my trip to the airport so easy

There was an issue with car not being ready
When we arrived
I can't really say too much positive about the whole experience, since I wasn't actually able to pick up the car. None of my credit cards (both MasterCards) were honored by them since they're not backed by big enough banks, apparently. Who would have thought that Goldman Sachs isn't a big bank?! I've used these credit cards all over the place, included to make the reservation. But I was turned away and had to go to Budget - more money, but at least they took my money! Don't waste your time.
Very happy with the service, the staff and the car!
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. First, I was sent outdated shuttle information. Because of this, my son and I ended up stuck in the economy parking lot for a half hour before we could get a shuttle back. The two employees were rude, there was a long wait, and apparently they do background checks because I had a bankruptcy 6 years ago so the employee said, "That's gonna be a no from us." We were left stranded an hour away from our Airbnb because of Midway.
