convenient at Radisson. Saves "mulit-bus" rides if staying there.
We were very happy with our rental experience.
Not only did I recieve an upgrade, but the vehicle was very clean and the staff was great with providing valuable information for traveling in the Los Angeles area. On my next trip to LA I will definately use Midway again.

Super friendly staff stayed open late when our flight was delayed. Several people came in afgter me and were served just as courteously as I was. Super fast service and super location to LAX too. I would happily rent from them again and recommend.
A 350.00 hold on a car for a oneday rental is ludricuos. If my rental cost 19.00 and you hold it don't release it for 5 to 7 days no I would not recommend them. The only reason I use them is they are conviently located in the hotel I use when in LA
21 Oct. rental was not ready for 15 minutes due to cleaning. Agent attempted to be helpful but there was only so much he could do. The supervisor showed little interest and acted put out when asked if his few minutes estimate meant 5, 10, 15, etc.
When assessing the vehicle for pre-rental damage, Oscar pointed out some damage that was not overtly obvious and that I might have missed. I appreciated his honesty and the courteous service experienced by all staff.
