Nice price, good attention, nice car
I had a reservation for an intermediate car, but upon arrival was taken to another car agency and told it was the same company. It was not the same company and they tried to give me a compact car at the same price. When I insisted on an intermediate car, I was given a two year old car which had not been cleaned and had 75,000 miles and no gas. I contacted Midway to ask they honor my original reservation but they said they could not that day, but would call the next day. The never called.

very convenient inside the radisson lax. my experience was memorably positive mostly because of a very friendly agent when i returned the car in the evening, an african american woman with braided hair. She is a great asset to MIdway.
Had a great experience. My only suggestion is to find a way to bring out the cars quicker. It took a while to get them.
The staff was very courteous and the service was quick.
The car was great and a great price however the car was not cleaned before we got it. That's the only bad thing I can say. Everyone was very polite and helpful, better service than I have received at any other car rental company.
