the airport connector does not explain where to go when getting off bus. we wasted time looking for office

Had to wait quite a while to obtain vehicle which was not particularly well cleaned inside and was wet - it was however an upgrade
very smooth rental agency. The car was very clean. Highly recommended!
Matt Oberhaus was totally robotic and not especially nice -- he was trying to hide that he was grumpy or a jerk or something. I got bad vibes from him. The ladies (don't remember their names) were very nice.
