Staff were very helpful and courteous. When we reported an accident we were involved in they were helpful and encouraging
agency by LAX should open earlier than 8am to allow customers to return cars with assistance

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end - when we picked up the car, Kimberley Babcock went above and beyond...she called the shuttle service that dropped us off at Midway because I had left my cell phone in their van. She walked us through the paperwork quickly and was able to answer any questions we had, and even print directions to our destination. At the return,Matthew Oberhaus quickly checked in the and arranged a ride to the airport - the return was flawless.
I'm a first time renter from Midway and was very happy with the whole experience. I was especially pleased to get the car that I requested, a Corolla. And the gentleman who did our paperwork with us was terrific.
Pretty good value for money. Don't think charging addition $10 for outside of working hours drop-off is worth enough...
