It was more than I expected
Check-in was quite slow but return was very quick. Disappointed that the only car available in the Luxury class was a Volvo.

Staff was very courteous and it was great to be driven right to the airport passenger drop off area in our own rental car rather than having to take the shuttle bus. (Getting picked up at the airport when we arrived took a little longer than I'd expected.)
