Awesome! Everyone was kind and helpful over the phone and in person. Whole process went smoothly, even for a first-time renter like myself. Greatly appreciated getting the Prius as a rental, as it helped save a lot of money on gas. Will definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

No Volvo/Avalon was available at pickup. Upgraded me to a c300 4matic, but seats weren't as comfortable :( Overall the experience was good. Will rent again from them

I really like the "independent" vibe of Midway. I enjoy that it's a local LA business that I am supporting. Most of all, customer service is great and there are no long waits at the counter. I don't feel like cattle when I stop in to rent a car. And I like that agents are not pushy. It is easy, quick, and very efficient.
