More info on how to use the car in the first place would have been helpful. Otherwise great car and great value.
All of the staff was lovely and the car was in great condition.
Picked up the car and it had a scratch on rear bumper was noted by attendant but when I returned car they tried to claim it was not there when I picked up car, nobody from manager to attendants where helpful just made me feel like I did something wrong, def was not the best customer service. I would never rent here again and would never suggest to rent here to anyone I know

The Santa Monica rental staff is always outstanding. They are friendly, efficient and go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Consistently the best car rental experience I've had...and I've had a lot.
We've never rented from Midway before (usually go to Enterprise for their service/value) but with our 4-day rental being half the price compared to the other rental companies in the area combined with Midway's positive reviews, I had to give it a try.
Great service, great value, quality and clean car - I'd definitely recommend to others and would come back without thinking twice. I still can't believe our car was so much more affordable (around $90 less) compared to the other rental companies.
