Exceptionally convenient location. Good, frequent connections to airport. Great service personnel. Great vehicle. Superb in every way. In two times of renting Midway, this is the second time we've had such service. 100 percent batting average!
Offer all cars with GPS rather than offering at an immaterial extra charge which looks like nickel and diming the customer. Just incorporate the vehicle upcharge for GPS installed into the price of the rental (Midway is already very reasonable and beats the competition almost always in price).
The only issue I had was with the first car we rented only had the petrol on 3/4 tank instead of full.
I regret not known Midway before when needed to rent a car. A completely better and different experience than the competitors,

I had a great experience with Midway. We weren't aware that international travelers were required to bring their passports. One of the employees drove us to our accommodation to pick up our passports and drove us back to the rental shop.
