The return isle was confusing.
The staff at the kiosk were super!
Very satisfied with vehicle condition and it's quality. Staff is professional to average standard and no complaints there. But the shuttle service is too slow for SAN (san diego airport). During my drop off there was only one person working in office and no drivers were available. This makes Midway less than convenient despite its value for money and better vehicles. Timely shuttle convenience is very important for airport rentals.

If you could have the cars dry it would be great, I hate to receive the cars all wet as all major companies does
They were understaffed when I returned my rental. No one met me upon the return, I had to call the desk and then walk over to the kiosk in order to return the vehicle.
2nd time to rent from Midway - company does a great job!
