35 minute wait-understaffed. Staff was not particularly friendly. Car was not cleaned after last guest.
Needed a rental quick and for only one day as my truck was in the shop. Midway was there with a great price and a nice Burbank Airport location (accessible by free airport shuttle near my house.) Thanks!
Friendly Staff
I love Midway! My only complaint is that you don't have locations in other cities. I would rent from you everywhere I travel. (On this one occasion, it took nearly 30 minutes for Joe's Shuttle to pick me up. Usually the pickup service is super fast and convenient. But that did not change my appreciation for Midway and I would definitely rent from you again.) Thanks!
this is the third time we have rented from you and being from NZ we have found the LAX location excellent for us.
The drop off location is rather dark, it'd be nice if some one met me with a flashlight; to look through the car, to ensure that I didn't leave anything behind.

Coming into LAX I had heard all kinds of negative comments on the car rental agencies...I looked further and found Midway and they had such positive comments so I went with them...No matter where I travel to and rent vehicles it seems like such a "racket"...Not with Midway, it was such and easy, positive experience, it worked out fantastic. I will definitely tell my friends and fellow employees to go with Midway. Awesome company to rent from.

we rented a car from Midway a couple of years ago and were quite impressed by its service. That is reason for using Midway this year. Midway's service continues to be excellent, and we intend to use it again in the future.
