I have rented here on a few occasions and the staff is always friendly and the process of getting and returning my car is easy. Love the free shuttle service as well.
Very on top of it staff. It was my second rental from Midway. The rates were slightly higher than another agency, but it seems like the big chains always manage to get more money than agreed to somehow. Midway has been straight dealing .
The hidden $200 hold on your vehicles was unexpected and never mentioned in my reservation. I left and went to Hertz where I had no problems and was out the door in 15 minutes! I won't be coming back.

It was a positive experience. Flagging down Joe's Parking driver was a challenge and the wait was 20 minutes. Other than that everything went smoothly from checking in to get the car and returning the car.
Love midway car rental. Have been using for years
Didn't want an SUV, but would have had to pay extra to not get it. I ended up liking it, but would always choose a sedan instead, and feel this was not a great way of handling it.
Great customer service and great car
Pickup was very slow, but the attendant at the counter was terrific.
