Overal the service was excellent, as a midway express member I'm concerned about new charge you're doing, it is the facility charge.. What is it?? Why should pay for that?

The best car rental experience I have ever had!!
The account manager told me about the toll roads and gave me a information sheet with the web addresses where you could go to pay the tolls if you drove on any of them. Well it would have been nice to know that you needed to record where you entered and where you exited and the direction of travel for each toll road. I did a lot of driving and wrote down what roads I was on but had to pay the maximum toll for each road because I did not record the necessary information. In addition, the sheet
