The staff was very kind to wait for us as we didn't know where to pick up the shuttle (that should be more clearly explained on the confirmation ticket). Price was unfortunately not quite what we were expecting- but we should have booked the car earlier.

Although I had reserved the car for 2pm and we arrived at 3pm due to a delayed flight the car was still not ready and we had to wait for approximately 1 hour and then did not even get the upgraded car that had been promised to us while signing the papers and before waiting.

Your price flucaxion for cars only works in the stock market. How can the price change on demand. The car value still same the same.
When originally booking the car, I wasn't told of the $200 deposit. When returning the vehicle on Monday, I was told to the money would be refunded on Tuesday. The money didn't come back until Wednesday.

It was a very good rental experience. And the gentleman who waited on us at the rental desk was great! Unfortunately I don't remember his name but this was at the Burbank airport on Tuesday Sept. 15 at 10:30 AM.
