Value for money .
Car was in very poor condition. Many Scratches and dents inside and out. Low mileage but very poor maintained and no one bothered to explain how the car functioned. (I.e. Switches, lights, ac, defrost.)
Everyone at Midway are always friendly and helpful and the cars are newer. clean, and run well. I'm always satisfied :) .
They didn't have the vehicle I requested so they upgraded me to a Camero at no additional cost!!!

i love renting from you guys! this time in particular it took an exceptionally long time for the shuttle, but that may have been the time of day or traffic

Since I am from overseas, I did not know about the insurance laws of CA, when I picked up the rental I had my payment double then what I expected because I had to add the insurance needed for the vehicle. Would have been liked to be informed of this beforehand.
