Car reeked of air freshener when picked up. Should have realized that was to cover up smoke smell. On return they accused me of smoking in it which is totally untrue. I was only driver and at no time did anyone smoke. They charged my credit card an additional $50 cleaning charge with no explanation. I had to contact them after seeing final bill and that's when they gave the explanation of smoke smell. I would think an email prior to charge being added could be expected.
