Was able to walk to the rental location from my hotel, very convenient. Rental rates are great, service is fast, cars have been perfect. The location is under construction and a bit noisy and hard to figure out, but it's still worth it to rent here. I will continue to use MCar when in LA.
You should include parking rate option for overnight parking near LAX airport hotels. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza, a few blocks from the rental center, we had to pay $15.35 taxes included every night. Which makes renting there more expensive.

Amazing customer service!
Shuttle from airport was very quick, the shared shuttle with joes on the way to the airport had a delay but still ran quickly. Give 30 mins to airport from drop off completion to be safe
