Greeted w/ a smile & helped by Pat. She & the other staff were awesome. Manny was great! Suggestion: Better signage pointing the way to the car pick up.The kiosk where the cars are retrieved was under the parking garage & around the corner. The sign for car pick up was over by the elevator & I actually took the elevator to the second floor, couldn't find it, then came back down stairs & walked around the corner, then found it. Saw other folks lost also. Rgardles,Loved the silver Nissan! Thank u!

I have rented cars from several companies at LAX. This was by far the best experience i have had. I got in and out quickly and the price was competitive with other companies. I will be a return customer I'm sure.
