everything was just fine! I was 30 minutes late returning and I don't know how much extra (if at all) I will be charged
Convenient. Car was as expected. Wait was longer than expected, but they compensated by offering 1/2 tank of gasoline. Overall happy with the experience.

The agency could use one more pickup shuttle as we have had to wait much longer than the suggested 10-15 minutes for a pickup (more like 20-30 minutes) on more than one occasion. Other than that, it is superior in all other aspects.
