Except for the hold of $200 placed on my account that I was not told about until I picked up the car, everything was great.
Very satisfied with rental. I liked that they took pictures and emailed me about the minor scratches on the car, so that it's properly documented.
I was concerned about a gas gauge that appeared to be a little out of whack (the tank was full but it didn't look like the gas gauge agreed). The agent confirmed that it was a flaw with the vehicle and not to worry about it. I also really appreciated that the entire car was given a good look and any problems were documented before I left the garage so any prior damage would not be attributed to me!
Car needs to be cleaned better and price needs to be a little lower but overall great experience and great customer service
