Absolutely the BEST rental car service I have ever received! NO hidden fees or tricks to spend more. Staff was so helpful and polite and the car I received was even better than I expected. It's usually the other way around! My flight landed late evening and was closing time for them, and they still came and picked me up from the airport and honored my reservation. I will never rent from another company again, unless I have to because I'm in a city that they aren't in. Great job!!

I rented a car for 9 days from the LAX location. After the second day the "check engine" light came on and stayed on. I was constantly concerned that the car would breakdown and we would get stranded in the middle of the highway. I was 2 hours away from the LAX location so I could not bring the car back. When I returned the car I complained about the issue to the manager who told me that "we use the check engine light as an indication of when the car needs to be serviced" ...
Staff were prompt and courteous
The car was good but made their humming noise which made it very annoying. It would come and go and was hard to figure out why.
We come and go...sometimes at speeds of 60 mph or 65 or even 70.
Other than that all was good...
By far the best fastest easiest experience I've had. This was my first time with mcar but definitely not my last.

I had not heard of this company before but decided to take a chance. I reserved the car online but then called a few minutes after with some questions and they were very pleasant and knowledgable. When I picked up the car there were notes on the reservation regarding my call which was nice to see so I didn't have to repeat myself. I will definitely rent from MCAR again. Thank you for the excellent service.
I travel weekly. I rent at LAX nearly every week. This was BY FAR the best rental experience I have ever had!!!!! The shuttle driver was so courteous and kind and helpful. He was genuine and friendly. The manager on staff was so nice and helpful and really took good care of my daughter and I. The technology even in the check out and drive in and drive out and return was great. Everything was so easy and positive and stress free. I will ALWAYS USE Mcar from now on. I am completely won over.
