Mcar was quick, with little to no wait time. staff was courteous, and they go over the car with a video to assess it before and after your rental to ensure damages are properly assessed.

Everything was perfect
MCar is pretty much the only rental car company we use in Los Angeles. We have had some bad experiences with other companies, but never with Midway. The shuttle driver Vince was great!

Customer service was excellent at M Car LAX from the shuttle driver to the check-in agent, to the gentleman who brought us the car and the one who received on the return. All very nice! Will definitely use again.
