Excellent clean new car and fast rental/return
First time user. Nice experience. Will be back. Only comment at the SD airport location- check in was great, but getting the car took forever. Booth had no name on it. Another company told me where the M booth was. No one was around the booth. Then, the photographing every inch of the car, Ugh! I felt like a criminal and it took so long. Otherwise, car was nice.
Every part of the rental was very easy. The car was great and the staff were friendly.
Overall I got what I paid for. "Cheap" service, car was a little banged up for a rental, long lines to get rental, and obnoxious customer service.
Quick, nice car and a ride to our hotel when we dropped it off. Great!
I didn't appreciate having to wait a while till I got my car. Other person walked in and right ways was getting helped until I said something that I was waiting.
Awesome service! I say this sincerely because I have rented from several other agencies but M Car has good and friend customer service and has better prices. My respects and thank you.
