Great service every time!
Gina was friendly and my rental car was clean.
Vehicle that was provided had numerous scratches, dents and mars on the body. Otherwise fine. Spoke to the guy in the garage about better vehicle and he told me I had to go back to the office to change. It seems to me this could have been handled via office dispatcher direct connection. PS: I have a walking disability and was not about to make that LONG walk.
Car had broken antenna so no radio.
Car seat had no headrests for toddler
Wouldn't rent another jeep
Very convenient location. Processing time at the counter was a bit slow and could be improved but agent was very helpful and courteous.
