Shuttle to airport was not prompt. But the value and car quality are amazing!
Great experience. Quick, friendly, and reliable.
We requested a sedan but got a Jeep Patriot. It worked out fine, just not exactly what we wanted. Also, we struggled to get the gate to let us out of the lot on the first day, because it wouldn't read the barcode on the exit ticket easily. That was annoying.
Otherwise, you are my favorite rental place, pretty much ever. Always friendly and affordable, with good quality vehicles. If anyone is going to LA, I will recommend you. Thanks!

I always rent from Midway because they always give me a great car for less than other rentals companies.
We have rented from MCar a few times this year, and only had a couple of times where we got lucky and were picked up at the airport within 5-10 minutes, otherwise we have waited in excess of 20 & 30 minutes for a shuttle. I believe that there is just not enough pickup shuttles. However overall everything and everyone at MCar is great.
