The counter person was neutral and not particularly friendly, but the garage guy was fantastic: friendly and efficient. Our upgrade to a nicer car was really appreciated. Overall excellent value and terrific experience with Midway. Am booking with them again and I'll be recommending to others!

I had never heard of Mcar so I was a bit nervous to use them however after reading reviews on Yelp decided to give them a try. I had a great experience and would recommend them to family and friends. Everything was simple and clear from pick up to after hours drop and shuttle back to the airport. Thanks for such a wonderful customer experience!

Quick pick up and no lines at counter!
After reading the reviews for other well known car rental companies I was leery of renting a car at all. Then I came across mcars and was impressed with their customer reviews so decided to give them a try. Their price for a standard sedan for the week in LA was less than the other company's as well. And they upgraded me to a Toyota Camry. Overall I had a great experience renting from the LAX location and highly recommend.
The price was very good, the service was good, and the car was ok. The upholstery was dirty and stained, and the drivers seat was very uncomfortable. The comfort of the seat is probably nothing Mcar can do anything about, but it was stained and dirty.
Fantastic service from this company all around the from the shuttle to the people to the car.
