I had to wait over a half an hour for the shuttle-
Overall it was a good experience.
Great experience with M Car at LAX. Courteous, professional staff. Excellent shuttle drivers. No hard upsell. Easy return. Only comment is that the shuttle pickup at the airport was a little confusing - we waited about 15 mins expecting to see the shuttle but then called in (and it arrived promptly), so perhaps we should have called at the beginning? M Car has earned my repeat business.
Good rates. No lines. They always have the model I reserved. Close to airport. Love em!
My experience at the LAX location was awful. I arrived to pick up a car at my scheduled time and I did not leave until 2 hours later! The car that was reserved for pick up was absolutely filthy. I requested for a cleaner car and they ha brought me another car that looked like someone deficated in the backseat! I had went that one back. Three attempts later, I drove off in a cleaner car. The manager had stated "Sorry, but you are not buying the car, you are renting it". Very inappropriate comment
