Everything was smooth
Car was clean and good condition.
The staff was kind.
But we had to wait a little while at airport.

The construction at LAX was an issue and even though there was plenty of signage, it was still insufficient. There were a lot of quirks to renting from LAX and taking the 'Joe's' shuttle. For a first time MCar user, it was a genuinely difficult paradigm to figure out.

When I checked in it sounded like a abandoned kitten was hungry; When I returned the car I saw a little black and tan kitten roaming the parking lot; I hope it is at least well fed.
Great service and the shuttles are frequent
Still difficult to get in and out because of construction. Look forward to its completion. Everyone is always nice to me there and shows it by a small complimentary upgrade. I wish satellite radio were available. It's LA. So much time is spent in the car
