Only suggestion is make the rental return sign a bit bigger. Accidentally drove around the block 2 times before finding it.

need better signage on the return but the suctomer service moved the car for me at the return.
Pleasant experience
They did not honor the 2 hour grace period for picking up a car late. The web site says 2 hours and when I picked up the car they said they only have a 1 hour grace period. Consequently my car was rented out and I had to rent an upgraded car that cost me around $80 more. Due to my plane being late because of weather I called the San Diego MCAR office 1 hr 45 minutes past my stated arrival time to pick me up from the airport.
MCAR IS VERY EFFICIENT. BETTER THAN NATIONAL CAR RENTALS - WISH YOU WERE IN OTHER CITIES.
I appreciated the prompt service, the high quality vehicle, and the overall professionalism. Brenda and Paco were particularly helpful. I especially appreciated the video walkaround prior to renting. I hadn't heard of your company previously, but with the negative reputations of other rental agencies around LAX, I was glad to do so and will again in the future.
