The driver who picked me up at the airport was so kind & helpful. I loved the 2017 car. In the past when I ave rented from you, I have received older car models which is a disappointment considering your steep cost compared to other rental agencies. This is the first time I have received a new car and I enjoyed it.

My only complaint was that I hadn't realized that you don't make sure the car has a full tank of gas when picking up. Mine was at 3/4 tank. When I dropped it off, I filled it all the way up instead of 3/4. I did like that you take pictures of everything prior to pickup.
