Everything was great. Very helpful friendly staff and the car was fine. The general rental price was good but the 3rd party cover was pretty pricey.

Initially the car I rented did not have gas and they brought up a different/older car which I did not accept. After a 20 minute wait, they brought up another car which I had to accompany them off premise to fill with gas. Not a very good first impression.
