Simple, easy process. Car was in great shape
M car is the only place I rent from in SD and I recommend it to all my friends. I rent from you weekly and as a local I appreciate you have an off airport facility so I don't have to pay the airport fee. Your staff are excellent and attentive people. I have rented with MCar at several of their other locations but this was my first rental with this location. They were great! Quoted cheaper than the branch I usually go to (by 50%) my car was brand new and the office was immaculate. On top of that the staff were significantly more organized than many of the other locations and extremely nice. It was a great experience overall.

The guy who checked us in at the airport, either Josh or John, was incredibly helpful and courteous! Even gave us a few tips on places to visit while we were in the area. Superb experience!
Great overall experience. The only minor thing is the insurance coverage quote wasn't initially quoted in the price but otherwise, great experience
