Car was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had to make call office to see about schedule for shuttle. Waited at least 20 minutes to catch shuttle.

The drop off when we went back to the airport was not near the departure at all and I checked with the airlines and you should've dropped us off the parts are not the arrival
The car was exactly what I requested and everything was clean and ready to go when I got there. The return process was easy and fast. We are now signed up as a Select Member and plan on using MCar any time we need a rental. The only problem I had was just the C300 had to many damn buttons. Has nothing to do with your team just didn't like the interface Mercedes uses in their cars. Will give another model a try next time. Thank you.

Pretty much the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Had me stranded at the airport because of a confusion when booking. DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They didn't hold my reservation. Tried to offer a different(more expensive) car. Asked that I deposit and additional $200 cash on top of my credit card deposit and the total amount I'm paying(crazy) even though I'm fully insured covered clean record. Refused to help me out and never explained any of this till I got there denver-LA :(
