I asked for an option to extent my rental period with an extra week, and the lady at the desk was really helpful finding the best solution. Website is very userfriendly, so overall I had a good experience. High service level.
If you are traveling to Los Angeles, never rent from the Brands....MCar (formerly Mid-Way) has the best customer service, stellar cars and you just might get an upgrade;)

Car was not what I wanted
The LAX location is poorly marked with little signage - I was there at 5:30 am very difficult to find & no signs for shuttle or how to get to airport .
Way better than enterprise. Quick and easy.
The dropoff location was confusing as to where to go (at LAX location). It was behind a ticket fence for joes parking or something and we were unsure if we were supposed to take a parking ticket to enter. We did and it turned out to be the right choice. They should make the instructions more clear or inform people when they pick up the car. Also, once we got past the fence the arrows on where to go were not clear and we ended up driving to the wrong spot to drop the car off.
