We were so pleased with the service we received! After reading reviews for other different companies we were a bit nervous of how it would go but we would highly recommend MCAR to anyone. They were polite, friendly and efficient. Our shuttle came super fast at the airport and we just really had no problems whatsoever. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable!
This was the best rental experience I have ever had. I am 21 and fairly new at renting and the employees here did an outstanding job of making sure all of my questions were answered and even went out of their way to call me to confirm my reservation after I made it. With every other rental place I have dealt with, it's difficult to even reach an actual operator that is not automated. I highly recommend to anyone renting, especially if you are under 25!
Two issues:
1 - the gas tank was 3/4 full. In order to ensure I returned it at least 3/4 full I ended up putting in more than enough. The tank should be full so there is no guessing as to how much to put in.
2 - The driver's seat belt didn't work properly. It took several attempts to get it to stay shut.
Other than that everything worked exactly as expected.
Poor pick up process from the airport. Excessive wait for a shuttle. Car rental site is a mess due to construction.
My experience was absolutely wonderful! The car was brand new and got amazing mileage. The staff was wonderful and service was fast. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental car and would absolutely use them again!
Happy with rental, however the additional fees and taxes were not quoted originally, adding an extra $200 to my rental that I was not expecting! These fees should be added to the additional quote during reservation, otherwise the low price is very misleading.
Extremely upset about my final bill. I was quoted way way less than this. I was quoted $183 and was told I would recieve my military discount. I added on the prepaid gas which I signed for making my new total $199.03. Again she mentioned this was all before my discount. My final bill is now $242. That is ridiculous. I won't rent from here again and will put this on Yelp. That is poor business.
I was a little worried renting from a "smaller" company, however I quickly was at ease with how smoothly my checking process went and how helpful the employees were. There is no doubt I will rent from MCar whenever possible.
Makes it so I don't need to being my car to CA when I visit. I can just rent a car for those days I need one. Love the location, ease of reservation, and quality of overall service.
I was charged $500 for a lost key. This is exorbitant. I will let all my passengers, crew and all my friends know about this. I will not rent from you again. Your competitors have equally competitive rates, customer service and an advertised lost key policy less than half of your fee!!!
