shuttle was slow to pick up from LAX.
The process to use my debit card was unusually arduous. But the staff was very understanding and helpful.

I had to wait about 20+ minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. I then had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my car to be cleaned. I couldn't get out of the parking lot with the supplied bar code so I had to go back into the office and request a new bar code in which I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. Staff was courteous and helpful, but it was a little stressful actually getting into my car and on the road.
