Very easy check in and check out process. Good value and price.
The overall experience was great! The only problem was miscommunication about the person on the contract having to be the person paying for the car - I was going to put the car on someone else's card at the time of drop-off, but was told that would be impossible since they weren't on the contract too (and couldn't be added - they were 20 years old). Not a huge problem, but I explained the situation when picking the vehicle up initially and was told it would be fine. But great service overall!
Long story short, I got abandoned late at night when they closed early and didn't honor my reservation. The agent I spoke to as I was running to the rental car bus told me she already shut down the system, but arranged for a car with a similar quote with a competitor that she assured me would work. I arrived and the competitor stated they did NOT have a car for me as she promised and I was left stranded, late at night in a foreign city. Thanks, MCAR.

I've never used (or heard of) MCar previously and they far surpassed what I expected of a car service. The staff was super friendly, informative and helpful. As far as prices, unlike most other car rentals I've used before, MCar had amazing options with great quality cars for such a great price. They'll be my go to for any future car rentals and I'll be recommending them to others.
Shuttle service to and from airport (LAX) was horrible.
The wait was too long when arriving to LAX and the wait in the office was too long as well.
