Overall, the experience was very pleasant.
It took about 45 minutes for me to get the car. I was even late to pick up my car and it still was not ready. I also had to wait 20 minutes to check out. I was happy with everything else, I just wish it would not have taken so long to get the car! I ended up hitting traffic on the way out due to the wait.
I was satisfied with the service though. I ended up dropping the car off at a different location and they waived the $35 fee, which I am grateful for!
Thos is the 5th time we have rented from you & we're always very pleased with both the car & service. The only thing that might make it a perfect score would be to have more shuttle buses for pick up as we waited about 20 minutes for one. Thanks, see you next year !
There were no issues. Quick in and quick out. Stayed open to the last minute to accommodate me getting my vehicle due to late arriving flight! Job well done!
ONly challenge was unclear on the airport pick up..called number and received clear directions. WILL rent again.
Would definitely rent again from Mcar. Service was second too none, they delighted me by upgrading my rental to a luxury car! Reps were great to talk to.
