I've rented several times from MCar. I find the counter staff consistently rude or completely disinterested. My flight was an hour rate, but took 45 minutes to get a car, and even then they didn't have the class I had reserved. They bumped me up to an older SUV with 15k miles on it. This was an business trip. MCar is convenient but I think I will return to Enterprise.
Comfortable van for pickup and we were the only ones on it. The car rented was great. Customer service was very helpful and provided prompt service. The drop off driver was nice but not able to help with bags due to wrist injury. MCar LAX needs better address for drop off location to enter on GPS.
Would be great to receive a rewards for preferred costumers or a direct discount at the Counter
Everyone was helpful and courteous, just what was needed after a long flight.
The staff (Spencer Terry) that originally helped me gave me a vehicle that seat 5 after stating it seat 7 as orinially requested. I went to pickup the vehicle and discovered it only seat 5 and had to go back to the desk to get a vehicle that seat 7. Spencer was gone and another staff helped me with the problem.
we clearly told the woman we did not need the extra bullshit insurance. the woman highlighted where we were supposed to sign and she highlighted "accept" on the liability insurance. my wife didn't notice. we got duped. we got taken on that one. never again.
