My estimate on the internet was well below what I had to pay. My reservation advertised a price of $ 316 and I paid $ 556 ...
Did not receive vehicle requested so had to drive larger van, which was not what I wanted to drive in LA traffic. Agreed to half tank of gas, and returned it with a half tank, but was charged for gas to fill it up. Needed to call and correct the error on the bill, which added just another layer to the transaction.
Over all is was good experience.
Second time I have rated from MCar, in two different locations, and both times the service was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Actual rate was twice as much as I was quoted to pay. Shuttle should run more frequently. Thanks!
The process for renting the vehicle was very efficient.
Vehicle was not cleaned at all on the inside, very filthy.
Good service.
The only issue was a bit of a wait for the shuttle and then a wait for the car when picking up. Still the process was better than the last company I rented a car through (which was not Mcar).
