The first lady, and second lady was great, i called to extend my rental and this guy just confused me, i don't like the fact that we have to keep coming back to show the car, but over all a great place.
The agent at the counter, Mr. Samuel Orellana (I believe that is his name) in Burbank Airport was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. I even got a better car than what I expected. The agents at the lot itself upon pick up of the car and drop off were very efficient and gave fast service as well. Thank you to the MCAR staff at Burbank Airport! Because of your excellent customer service, I will be a repeat customer and will recommend your company to friends and family.

Didn't get the requested vehicle but the service make up for it. Their personnel drop us off at the airport once we drop off the vehicle for return.
