Wonderful cars
The service was surprisingly strong, with attention to detail like pulling the car out for me and taking a video of the car before I started my rental. More than I expected from a small budget player.

Great. I kept waiting for something to go wrong but everyone was so nice and helpful and the car is new and works great.
Wait in line was lengthy to return the car at the office and no told me that I don't need to check back at the office so I waited for 15 minutes then I was told ok you don't really need to check with us. The car had many dents on it I am glad I took the full cover
Service is superb, even upgraded to a big one. But that Dodge journey doesn't have power. Next time we will just stick to what we want. I would never go any other car rental. i love the service and I love Midway Car rental period.
great service and prompt response
The only issue I had was confusion of where to return the car. At the lot, the sign says "Do not Enter" because it's one way traffic coming out, yet that's where you enter to return the car. Needs to be clarified.
Price could be better.
