Communication regarding where to meet to pick up the van could be improved. Meet at the Viscount (some pronounced it VISS-COUNT and other VY-COUNT) added to the confusion). This is not near any of the other rental car pickup and the signage is nearly non-existent. Further, when the driver arrived no attempt was made to find me so I stood there waiting an extra 5-10 minutes not knowing he was there. The van was great. I don't agree with the policy of charging a full tank of gas if barely low
