Vehicle was returned 2 hours early, clean, gas full. I was penalized $35 - early return. Not a ton of money, but surprising customer service.

The only complaints I have are: -Renting the vehicle itself is really expensive. -The floor in the cab/trunk was quite slippery on the plastic bits (I supposed because it had just been detailed) - One of the tail-lights burnt out mid reservation, so that wasn’t ideal.

vehicle was unsafe, lots of damage and we had to pay top price . We saw many more options that offered lower price and a safe undamaged vehicle
