Very efficient pick up and rental. While they are located off airport in Richmond the availability of an 8 seater van made it a necessity. We were very pleased with their efficiency. Office is located in the Hilton Richmond about 10 min from YVR. Service was excellent. No issues with the van at all. Great experience. Would rent from these folks again.

Your service was beyond excellent! Sunny Sidhu was amazing! Even-though your office is closed on Sundays, Sunny came in on his day off to assist me in returning my rented van. I will definitely be renting from here again.

Maxx Car Rental was an amazing choice! We traveled to Canada with a large group and needed a van—and Maxx Car Rental turned out to be the perfect option for us. The prices were great, with no hidden fees, and the service was excellent. We were picked up at the airport, the arrangements at their office were quick and efficient, and the drop-off process was even smoother. They also provided a shuttle to take us back to the airport, which was a great convenience. Highly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with our rental experience at MAXX Car Rental. The van we received was in excellent condition with spotlessly clean interiors - exactly what we needed for our trip. The service was exceptional from start to finish. When we arrived at the airport, they picked us up within just 10 minutes of our call, following the instructions perfectly.
