The only complaints I have are: -Renting the vehicle itself is really expensive. -The floor in the cab/trunk was quite slippery on the plastic bits (I supposed because it had just been detailed) - One of the tail-lights burnt out mid reservation, so that wasn’t ideal.

vehicle was unsafe, lots of damage and we had to pay top price . We saw many more options that offered lower price and a safe undamaged vehicle

Very efficient pick up and rental. While they are located off airport in Richmond the availability of an 8 seater van made it a necessity. We were very pleased with their efficiency. Office is located in the Hilton Richmond about 10 min from YVR. Service was excellent. No issues with the van at all. Great experience. Would rent from these folks again.
