The customer service I received was great. The van we rented was OK, it was well used and had some warning lights on the dash. The customer service representative assured us it had been checked out and everything was fine. My comment on this is if I am paying for a rental I should not get in and see warning lights on the dash.
Extra long wait for pick up at station.

The van we had would alarm and all internal lights went on when you turned right
Vehicle also had brake and signal light out.
We had a second van reserved for a week later which I cancelled - They indicated they did not allow cancellations. To their credit they eventually cancelled second reservation.
A very bizarre cancellation policy and overall not a company I would use again or recommend.
Vehicle smelled poorly of locker room. No cancellation policy. Vehicles not equipped with microphone or PA technology.
Great experience. Will rent again in the future. Also went ahead and reviewed on Google.
Sunny was fantastic and the vehicle met all of our expectations. The price was excellent and the service was top-notch.
One of the front lights was broken when I picked up the van. Otherwise the experience was great.
