It was a good experience
Easy process
I found the booking and communication process very impersonal. Responses on emails were curt and not very friendly considering I am the customer. When looking at alternative insurance arrangements this too was curt and abrupt. Experience upon arrival was much better. More friendly. Hence the rating above. Van was great and ticked all the boxes with possible exception of not having sat Nav.
Friendly and helpful staff. Price was a little much for a 3 day rental but I may just be out of touch as it was the first time renting a large vehicle since post pandemic runaway inflation began.
Vehicle was satisfactory and got the job done but brakes most definitely need to be serviced.
People were great, they met us at the pickup location quickly and they were very polite and helpful. The van on the other hand was a disaster! The first van was quite smashed up and the side mirror was being held on by a ziptie. The second van was equally damaged, smelt like a wet dog inside and had low tire pressure with tires with very little tread. The van also had no washer fluid, which in a snow storm is a safety concern.
When I told them about my concerns they said nothing.

Driver arrived at the airport on time. Took us the 2 miles to the office to fill out paperwork. Quick and easy process. Van was clean and in good condition. The only issue with the van was if seemed to be a base model. No USB ports or "bells and whistles". Van ran great fir the trip to Whisler with 8 passengers and all the luggage. I would recommend this company to others that have a larger party.
