Friendly staff, very attentive and professional
Getting to the rental was difficult. No shuttle service. Should consider providing some kind of shuttle pickup to/from airport.
Rental pickup and drop off was very easy, the vehicle was in good condition and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again

Carmaxrental is the only place you can find the large vehicle for 8 or more people in Toronto . It was a fair rate and only 10 minutes away from YYZ airport. Convenient and good deal.
Good value, car is fine but just a little bit old condition. Such as, vehicle shock during acceleration. Also, Montreal branch should be established too, not just Toronto.
Only suggestion would be better communication at the time of pickup regarding timing of and place to meet
