Vgood experience but vehicle needed oil or at least the vehicle sensor said and we had to buy 1 litre of oil.
The auto gearbox had a vibration in high gears so had to bring down to a lower gear. Informed staff on arrival. Everything else was great. Service was vgood
Fantastic rental experience with MAXX Car Rental Markham. The vans were clean, great condition and everything about my rental from booking to drop off was smooth, easy and stress free. Paul was excellent to deal with over the phone and in person, with great customer service and helpful knowledge to share. I would highly recommend MAXX Car Rental Markham and will absolutely use them again in the future.
I rented two, 12 seater passenger vans from MAXX Car Rental Markham which we picked up, to transport a team to a provincial championship. Everything from the online booking, phone conversations, pick up and drop off was easy. Paul was excellent to deal with, and very helpful and professional. The vans were in great condition, clean, exactly as expected. Wishing I rented from MAXX Car Rental for previous tournaments as this was by far the best rental experience I have had and highly recommend.
The full rental experience was very smooth the communication was clear. The van was in good condition with everything functional. Fantastic experience will definitely recommend it and will be renting again soon

Everything was good, the wipers and cleaning liquid were very bad, created a foamy layer on the windshield that wouldn't come off, rather dangerous. It would be helpful to have the vehicle exact height posted somewhere. And it kept showing a warning about an airbag malfunction, so not sure if it works or not. Other than that, all good :-)
